Santa Chicken, Easy Enchiladas & Marshmallow Guns: A Year Ago…
Wow! This is such a great roundup of posts from a year ago. This is another pack of heavy-hitters for search traffic. Hope you enjoy…
Easy Spinach and Chicken Enchiladas
These enchiladas are still on our list of favorite recipes. As a matter of fact, I made 10 pans of these chicken and spinach filled enchiladas and gave them away to co-workers as holiday gifts. This is a super recipe for cooking with kids!
Santa Chicken (or) Poor Zsa Zsa
I sure miss this fuzzy chicken! Some of you might remember that Zsa Zsa turned out to be a rooster and we can’t have roosters here in the city. He now happily lives on the farm at our breeder’s house. Zsa Zsa thought that she (I mean he) was a poodle. That chicken would follow me around the yard while I worked and enjoyed being petted. That white fluffy chicken is one of the best backyard chickens we have owned. Zsa Zsa did not enjoy being dressed up like Santa 😉
Don’t forget that I now have a live video cam with audio in our chicken coop over at www.LiveChickenCam.com.
Weekend Project: Marshmallow Guns
This post is my Pinterest darling. I get a ton of hits everyday on this particular post. Earlier this week it also blew up on Reddit on a ‘every man should know’ thread of posts. These marshmallow guns are a ton of fun for all ages and they are cheap and easy to make. They make great last minute Christmas presents if you are still looking for something for the friends of your children.
As always, thanks for reading along!
