Home Depot Kid’s Workshops, Rosie the Robot: A Year Ago…
I hope I’m not the only one who finds it interesting to look back at what I was up to a year ago. I was still looking for a ‘groove’ in writing a blog and was trying several things at this time a year ago. Here’s what I wrote a year ago this week…
Saturday Roundup: My Daughter Is Psychic Edition
This roundup of random things included some photos from a Home Depot Kid’s Workshop, some great links, and a video of drunken Aggies crashing a live shot for the news station my brother works for. We still love the Home Depot workshops and I’ve even included a photo from our trip last weekend where we made a really cool desktop calendar. I still can’t believe these events are free. We love Home Depot Kid’s Workshops!
Goal Setting: Is Life Sweeter Without Sugar?
This little post features a lot more than just talk about sugar. Hidden inside this post are some gems! I wrote about the one pushup challenge and how to “re-stick” a sticky cutting mat for our cutting machine.
Family Devotional: Stir One Another Up
This was the second devotional in my 2013 series. It was one of my personal favorites. I am glad that the new Dinnertime Devotionals series for 2014 got off to such a great start yesterday! Tons of clicks for people checking out this new material!
Favorite Things Friday: Rosie the Robot (Neato XV-21 Vac)
We love Rosie! She is our Neato XV-21 automatic floor vac. Since writing this post I had to replace Rosie’s rechargeable batteries but she is still going strong! This is definitely a luxury but she sure helps us keep our home from getting too messy.
As always, thanks for reading, commenting and sharing. Blogging has been a fun activity so far and I look forward to continuing to share some of our adventures and my lessons learned in 2014.
